Estiko Experience Gift card terms and conditions
The Gift card can be used as a payment method for:
- Booking accommodation at hotels Dorpat or Lydia hotels
- Booking accommodation at Greete Motel in Valga County
- Restaurant Hõlm
- Dorpat restaurant
- Dorpat catering services
- Treatment at Herb Spa
- A sightseeing cruise on the riverboat Pegasus
- Room rental at the Kammivabrik Event Center
Gift card cannot be cancelled or exchanged into money.
Reservation paid with a Gift card can be changed and cancelled according to cancellation terms of selected booking/ service and until the end of the validity period of the Gift card.

Using a Gift card:
1. To use a Gift card for booking accommodation at Dorpat or Lydia hotel, make a reservation on the website… (link viib) https://bouk.io/booking/estiko/hotels
Please select a hotel and room type, choose Gift card as a payment method. Enter the code shown on the Gift Card and confirm the booking.
2. To use a Gift card at Greete Motel, restaurant Hõlm, restaurant Dorpat, for a river cruise on Pegasus, at Herb Spa, or at the Kammivabrik Event Center, please contact the service provider. Clicking on the name will take you to the website.
