Lydia hotel event center, located in Tartu’s old town, offers excellent opportunities for organizing conferences and seminars. The event center is equipped with modern technology to ensure high-quality event management. The rental price for the conference rooms includes projection equipment with a monitor wall, audio equipment, a podium, two wireless microphones, and lighting control. Additionally, connecting a computer to the monitor wall via an HDMI cable makes using presentation technology simple and ensures fast data transfer.
The event center, together with its lounge area, forms a 360m² multifunctional conference space, allowing you to combine a daytime seminar or training day with an unforgettable evening party, creating an event that employees and partners will remember for years. Located in the heart of Tartu, the venue offers a convenient location for various business events. The rooms are also suitable for virtual and hybrid events. In collaboration with technical production companies, live broadcasts and event streams can be organized on the client’s chosen websites, ensuring a smooth experience for both on-site and online participants.
